How to Book the SCI Sports Rugby Festival

Booking your team onto the SCI Sports Rugby Festival is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Register Your Team Online

1. Click the Book Now button at www.scisportsrugbyfestivals.co.uk and follow the simple steps to register your team for 2027.

2. At the end of registration, you’ll be asked to pay your £250 team deposit (per team) via:

4. Bank transfer (please use your team name & age group as the reference)

Step 2: Book Accommodation

Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with:

• A link to the accommodation booking portal

• Your team’s unique PIN code

You can choose to:

• Book all accommodation as the Group Leader, or

• Share the PIN with parents to book their own accommodation

Important: It’s the Group Leader’s responsibility to ensure all attendees are booked in.

Accommodation must be booked within 3 weeks of paying your team deposit. After this period, SCI cannot guarantee availability and team deposits are non-refundable.

Accommodation Deposits
A £50 per person deposit is required when booking accommodation. Please note accommodation deposits are non-refundable, please be aware of this when booking and make sure you have appropriate insurance in place incase you have to cancel, as SCI Sports cannot issue refunds for deposits or accommodation monies paid.
No bookings are confirmed until payment is received by SCI Events.

Final balance payments are due 70 days (22nd January 2027) or more in advance of the start date of your chosen festival. These can be made via the online booking portal with card payments or by bank transfer. 
To access a booking you have already made for accommodation - go to our website www.scisportsrugbyfestivals.co.uk and Click Book Now and then Manage Existing Booking. Enter your 6 digit booking reference number that you will have on your accommodation confirmation that is emailed to you once you pay the accommodation deposits of £50 per person plus your email address.

Changes to accommodation bookings within 70 days of the festival must be emailed to: sam@scievents.co.uk

• A £15 admin fee will apply per change

• No changes can be made to bookings within 28 days of the festival.
