How To Book

1. To Start a New Booking - Click the Book Now button on our website www.scisportsrugbyfestivals.co.uk and follow the instructions to register your team online for the 2026 SCI Sports Rugby Festival. At the end of the team registration process it will ask you to pay via card for your team holding deposit of £250 per team or pay by bank transfer. Choose which ever version you want, for bank transfers please place your team name and age group as the reference. SCI will then need to approve your booking on the online booking portal, at weekends this may take up to 48 hours, during the week a few hours. We will not approve any booking unless the payment has been received by SCI.
   
   Once approved by SCI you will receive an email from us with a link to the accommodation online booking portal along with your pin code for your team. You can either book all the accommodation yourself as the group leader, or share the pin code details with parents to make there booking for the accommodation if you prefer to do this separately. It is the group leaders responsibility to make sure everyone is booked on. SCI will only have accommodation places available for 3 weeks after you pay your team entry fee's. SCI Cannot Guarantee any accommodation will be available after this 3 week period and your team entry fee will be non-refundable.
   
   Accommodation Deposits are £50 per person and must be paid at the time you wish to book accommodation online. No accommodation is officially confirmed until payment has been received by SCI Events.
   
   Final balance payments are due 70 days or more in advance of the start date of your chosen festival. These can be made via the online booking portal with card payments or by bank transfer.
   
   ANY AMENDMENTS TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS WITHIN 70 DAYS OF THE START OF THE FESTIVAL MUST BE EMAILED TO SAM@SCIEVENTS.CO.UK AND A CHARGE OF £15 PER CHANGE WILL BE APPLIED. YOU CANNOT MAKE AMENDMENTS TO YOUR BOOKINGS ON THE ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL WITHIN 70 DAYS OF THE START OF THE FESTIVAL. NO CHANGES AT ALL CAN BE MADE WITHIN 28 DAYS OT THE FESTIVAL COMMENCING.

4. No booking will be accepted until all parts of the booking are completed on the online booking portal.
5. Final balance is due 70 days prior to the festival.
6. All teams must book all there accommodation through SCI Sports Rugby Festivals. Teams will not be accepted unless this condition is adhered to.
